At Isidore Leroy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the bespoke nature of our wallpapers, only standard rolls in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made panoramic murals and wallpaper cut to specific dimensions are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Request a Return

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive an official Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Package

Ensure the wallpaper rolls are in their original protective film and securely packed in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt.

Receive Your Refund

Once our workshop inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
