Place Vintimille
Denis Berteau pays tribute in this design to Edouard Vuillard’s eponymous work (1911), a decorative panel measuring 2.30m by 60cm, composed of five pivoting screens. It depicts Place Vintimille—now renamed Place Adolphe-Max in Paris' 9th arrondissement—in a vibrant spring atmosphere, capturing the lively urban life of the early 20th century in rich detail. While preserving all the qualities of the original piece, Denis Berteau has adjusted its proportions to adapt it into a panoramic wallpaper.
